1. Services Provided We offer creative web design & development, e‑commerce site development, SEO & digital marketing, branding & social media promotions, UI/UX design, and mobile app development.
2. Engagement & Booking Initial consultations and “Book Now” requests are free and non-binding. A service description, project outline, deliverables, and time estimates will be provided once confirmed.
3. Payment & Fees All fees (project-based, monthly support, or digital marketing retainer) will be agreed upon in writing. Payments follow the schedule specified in the service contract. Late payments may incur charges or project delays
4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide timely feedback, all necessary assets (texts, logos, content) and access (hosting, domains, analytics) to facilitate project delivery. Delays from the client may affect timelines.
5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, you retain ownership of designs, code, content, and branding created for your project. We reserve the right to use anonymized work samples, case studies, or portfolio items for our marketing purposes.
6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We do not disclose client data except where legally required.
7. Revisions & Support Standard revisions are included within each project scope. Additional change requests beyond scope may incur extra fees. Ongoing maintenance or marketing support is provided only under a separate agreement.
8. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer Results (search ranking, conversions, traffic growth) cannot be guaranteed and depend on many external factors. We make reasonable efforts but do not promise specific outcomes.
9. Hosting & Domains We assist with setting up and recommending hosting and domain services. Clients are responsible for their ongoing hosting fees and renewals. We are not responsible for downtime or third‑party hosting issues.
10. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Fees for completed work and expenses are non-refundable. Work in progress will be invoiced pro-rata.
11. Warranties & Liability We warrant our services will be performed professionally. Liability for any damages is capped at the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
12. Amendments These Terms may be updated occasionally. The applicable version is the one referenced in your service contract.
13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in Kerala courts.
