REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Overview

At Web Weaver Kochi, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services, including web design, development, digital marketing, and IT consulting. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and granted for services purchased through our website.

 

2. Service Nature
Please note that all services provided by Web Weaver Kochi are intangible and customized, and therefore not subject to traditional product return policies. Each project is tailored to meet specific client requirements, which limits the eligibility for refunds.

 

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to initiate or deliver the service within the agreed timeline and no substantial progress has been made.

Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project before work has commenced, a full refund may be granted.

Failure to Meet Agreed Scope: If deliverables are not in line with the specifications outlined in the agreement and we are unable to rectify the issue.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Client dissatisfaction due to a change of mind after work has started.

Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication or failure to provide necessary content or approvals.

Completion and delivery of agreed-upon work, regardless of client usage.

 

4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written request via email to webweaverkochi78@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the issue arising.

Include the project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

 

5. Partial Refunds
In the case where partial work has been completed, and a refund is deemed valid, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Web Weaver Kochi.

 

6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their project by notifying us in writing. In such cases:

If work has not begun, a full refund will be issued.

If work is in progress, the client will be billed for the completed portion, and any remaining balance may be refunded.

 

7. Return of Assets
Upon refund or cancellation:

All materials created by Web Weaver Kochi up to the date of cancellation will remain the property of Web Weaver Kochi unless otherwise agreed.

Any third-party services or software purchased on the client’s behalf are non-refundable.

 

8. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding this policy or a refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the issue shall be settled through mediation in Kochi, Kerala, before pursuing any legal action.

 

9. Policy Amendments
Web Weaver Kochi reserves the right to amend this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
